Branding for a 33-acre complex outside San Juan, one of Puerto Rico most aclimed condominium architecture. El Monte’s have a central location in San Juan and it is so thoughtfully designed and planned that you can feel the space since enter to the Eugenio María de Hostos Ave. El Monte's impressive pair of bomerang concrete shape condominium is combined tropical gardens and stand alone townhouses.
Typography
Indian Type Foundry: Editor
Newspaper headlines dwell in the realm immediacy, and the right typeface will capture attention in an instant. Editor and Editor Condensed are two such families. They each feature prominent wedge-shaped serifs and visible stroke contrast. Several letterform details retain a calligraphic feeling, too. The tops of uppercase letters, numerals, and ascenders all align with one another, and all of the fonts feature large diacritics. | Via ITF |
